We are dedicated to bringing out the best in each student by giving them a solid foundation in both technique and artistry.
Pre-Ballet
Our Pre-Ballet classes are divided into three distinct levels (Tiny Tots, Creative Dance, and Primary Ballet) in order to provide age-appropriate training for your tiny dancer.
Ballet 1-4
Ballet Levels 1-4 build a solid foundation for dancers to develop their coordination, technique, and artistry.
Intermediate and Advanced Ballet
Dancers in Ballet Levels 5 - 7 will work on refining their ballet technique. Focus will be on fine details, artistry of movement, pointe work, and increasing their advanced repertory of steps.
Adult Classes
We offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Ballet, Tap, and Body Conditioning classes.
*Open to ages 16 and up.
Contemporary
These classes are a fusion of ballet and jazz focusing on musicality, expression of emotion, floor-work, partnering, and improvisation. We encourage freedom of movement and self expression in each individual dancer.
*Ballet required. Open to ages 5 and up.
Jazz
This an energetic style of dance that focuses on proper technique, alignment, movement quality, and stage presence. These classes teach self-expression, confidence, and poise in a fun environment.
*Ballet recommended, but not required. Open to ages 5 and up.
Tap
Tap is a timeless art that mixes dance and percussion. Not only is tap fun and entertaining, it allows dancers to work on their rhythm, musicality, and coordination.
*Open to ages 3 and up.
Hip Hop
Hip-hop is a high-energy class that combines the latest style of street dancing, breaking, popping and locking. These classes encourage dancers to develop their own individual style and personality to their movements.
*Open to ages 5 and up.
Pointe Variations
In this class, students will learn a variety of classical variations from the most beloved ballets to contemporary works from some of the newest repertoire.
*Open to all Intermediate to Advanced Dancers, pointe shoes optional
Drill Team Prep
This class is great preparation for those considering trying out for their high school drill team. Students will learn fast-paced choreography, kick lines, formation changes, and the importance of executing each move with power and precision. This class helps develop technical skills, coordination, rhythm, body form, flexibility, balance and much more.
*Open to ages 12 and up. Ballet or Jazz recommended to supplement.
Body Conditioning
By taking this class, students will improve their endurance, strength, and flexibility, enabling them to perform at their highest levels in their core dance classes. We will work on strength and conditioning designed to improve overall fitness and to shape and define the body.
*Open to all, ages 10 to adult at any level.
Acro for Dancers
We will work on acrobatic skills often used in Contemporary work. Dancers who train in acro develop a strong core and spine. We will focus on flexibility and coordination. The age in which a dancer is introduced to acro can play a big role in how well they develop their skills and confidence.
*Open to ages 5 and up
